ATK Mohun Bagan thrashed Kerala Blasters by 4:2 in the ISL opening match

  ATK Mohun Bagan kick-started their Indian Super League season 8 campaign in style, thumping Kerala Blasters 4-2 on matchday 1. ATKMB hit the ground running from the very off, and scored their first goal of the night on 3 minutes. Hugo Boumous' cross turned shot beat Albino Gomes, who had anticipated Roy Krishna connecting it and was left flat-footed when he did not. Kerala Blasters restored parity on 24 minutes as Sahal Abdul Samad chested down Rahul KP's cross and struck it past Amrinder Singh to level the scoreline. Blasters' relief, though, was short-lived, as Roy Krishna converted the penalty that was awarded after goalkeeper Gomes brought him down inside the box on 27 minutes. Boumous doubled his tally and ATKMB's lead on 39 minutes, outmuscling Bijoy Varghese before sending the ball through the legs of Gomes into the Blasters net.   The second pre-season friendly match between Kerala Blasters FC and Jamshedpur FC is played today 12/11/2021. Blasters were dominating in the first half.  In the 18th minute Adrián Luna assisted Pereyra Diaz to score the first goal Kerala Blasters. During the first half break score remains 1:0. Kerala Blasters beat Odisha FC by 2-1 in friendly match

  Kochi: Kerala Blasters won the friendly match ahead of the Indian Super League. The Blasters beat Odisha FC by 2:1. Kerala local boy Prashant and Alvalo Vazquez found the target for the Blasters. Howie Hernandez scored the consolation goal for Odisha. All three goals came in the first half. With this victory, the Blasters were able to maintain their unbeaten run in the pre-season. Adam took the lead through the Blazers through Prashant. But Odisha found the equalizer through Hernandez.  Vazquez became the savior of the Yellows as the match drew to a close. Prashant’s shot hit the post and Vasquez put the ball into the net to give the team the victory. Vasquez was able to score in the third match in a row. Durand Cup 2021: Kerala Blasters FC vc Indian Navy where to watch

Kerala Blasters FC will be playing their first match in the Durand Cup against the Indian Navy on 11th September, 3 PM at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan (VYBK). This will be the first official competitive match under the new head coach Ivan Vukomanović and the team is ready to battle it out against the navy team. The Durand Cup is one of the world’s oldest active football tournaments, organized by the Indian Armed forces and the Government Of West Bengal. This is the 130th edition of this prestigious competition, which was commenced its existence back in 1888. The event has great historical importance in Indian football. The men in yellow started their preparations by the beginning of August in Kochi and had a month-long preseason camp. The team also played preseason friendlies as part of their preparation for the season before flying over to Kolkata, the host city for the historic tournament.
