Defending champions Real Kashmir FC beat Gokulam Kerala FC 2-1 to enter the final of the IFA Shield football tournament here on Sunday. The Malabarians dominated possession but the David Robertson-coached RKFC put up a cohesive display and converted their chances to storm into their second final on the trot. In the summit clash of the 124th IFA Shield on Wednesday, the Snow Leopards will face Sreenidi Deccan FC who scored a hard-fought 2-1 win over Railway FC in extra-time. Mason Lee Robertson scored the opening goal with his 23rd minute header, while Thoi Singh doubled the lead from a Surchandra Chandam Singh corner in a space of eight minutes. Galaxy FC win the Super Division Annual league Football Tournament 2021

Srinagar: The Final Match of Super Division Annual league Football Tournament 2021 was played today the 9th Nov 2021 at 2:30Pm at Synthetic Turf TRC between Galaxy FC and  Jehlum FC. The Galaxy FC players were more aggressive in their approach and they made some early moves to beat the defence lines of the Jehlum FC. However, the goalkeeper and other defenders of Jehlum FC were equal to the task and they kept the Galaxy FC forwards at bay.  In the 25th Minute of the game Furqan of Galaxy Fc managed to score the first goal of the match putting his team ahead.  The first half ended 1:0 in favour of Galaxy FC.  Galaxy FC In the second half the situation was no different, Galaxy FC  players were not only determined to maintain the lead, but occasionally they counter-attacked and in 65th minute of the play, they were successful in their attempt as Shazan scored the second goal.  It dampened the spirits of Jehlum players and for the rest of the play no further goals were scored. Jammu and Kashmir Women's football team trials

J&K Football Association will conduct trials for Hero 26th Senior Women’s National Football Championship 2021-22 to be held at Kerala from 28th of November 2021.  The trials will be held on 10th and 11th November 2021 at Gindun Ground Rajbagh, Srinagar from 11:00 AM onwards. The eligible candidates are informed to present on the above mentioned date at Gindun Ground Rajbagh, Srinagar for appearing in the Trials.  Similar trails will be held at Jammu on 11th & 12th Nov 2021 at GGM Sc College Jammu at 11:AM. The Following Condition have to be fulfilled by the participating players. 1. The players who are fully vaccinated (Two Doses) should bring along with them the Vaccination Certificate. Only then be allowed to attend the trials as per the Guidelines issued by AIFF. 2. 72 Hours prior RTPCR Test of all the players & Officials should be conducted and has to be submitted on arrival at the Venue of the Tournament. 3. CRS of the players is mandatory with the Clubs.
