Langwarrin Soccer Club is hiring Technical Director
Langwarrin Soccer Club, a leading club on the Mornington Peninsula and a respected member of Victoria’s National Premier League, is actively seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Technical Director (TD) for its Junior Boys NPL program. The ideal candidate will be ready to join LSC’s management team to support the delivery of the club’s long-term vision and its strategic goals for the 2024 season.
The candidate will have a strong passion for football, working with players of all ages, coaches and key stakeholders but also demonstrate an understanding of a community club environment. Bringing a fresh perspective, the TD will have an ability to drive change, seek continuous improvement and a strong passion to take the Junior NPL program to the next level.
With an ability to work well in a team-environment, the TD will provide leadership, guidance and mentorship whilst inspiring and motivating others. As a key leader in the club, the candidate will display professionalism, organisation, sound administration and strong communication.
Reporting to the Head of Football Operations, the TD is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the football aspects of the club’s Junior Boys NPL program (under 14 – 18), including but not limited to:
Player recruitment
Coach development
Performance analysis
Sport science
Strategic planning
Align and embed the LSC coaching and playing philosophies.
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
