Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools is announced job vacancy for Residential Academy Manager. Hiring for Delhi and Kerala.

Key responsibilities: 


1. Implementation & management of Academy Action Plan including:


- Complete coaching program (for U12, U13 and U15 ages) in consultation with the technical staff.


- Complete competition calendar for the academy including all academy & club competitions and school related competitions such as Open nationals, School nationals, Subroto Cup, etc.


- Complete management of the Academy including annual and monthly budgeting, expense & revenue reporting (ensuring profitability as per the annual budget)


2. Manage the Academy program and oversee the day to day running of the Academy including the academy staff (technical & non-technical). 


3. Prepare the quarterly evaluation reports for the academy students (including academic performance reviews, technical & physical test reviews, BMI reviews and oversee parent meetings, guardian meetings)


4. Video profiling of the players and sending timely performance reports to the parents of the players


5. Oversee the nutrition & hostel stay accommodation and highlight to the school management in case there are any complaints/breakages/etc.


6. Conceptualize and manage all events and activations scheduled by the academy (including organizing and marketing the residential summer camps,

tournaments and Managing the tournaments organized at the academy, coach education programs, friendly games, etc)


7. Work closely with all key stakeholders involved in the smooth functioning of the academy program. 


8. Conducting trials across India to identify talented players and marketing the BBFS residential academy project to ensure there are paid enrolments to the academy program. 


9. BBFS Teams Manager & Player Representative. 


10. Coordinate with All India Football Federation (AIFF) for accreditations with respect to our residential / non-residential academies, development squads, partnership clubs, travelling teams, etc.


11. Managing player registrations and contracts with AIFF (i.e. CRS, CMS, document verification, etc.)

Preparing the complete travel & stay itinerary of the BBFS academy teams outside the BBFS residential academy (including travel plans for participation in outstation competitions, qualifications for national round games, tours and camps out of Delhi, etc)


12. Represent various academy players who are seeking professional careers in Indian football and liaise with Indian and international academies/professional clubs for player contracts, negotiations and representation.
