SBI Kerala will face the defending champion Indian Navy in the final of 12th GV Raja all-India football tournament

Thiruvanthapuram: SBI Kerala beat the AG's Kerala to reach the final of 12th GV Raja all India football tournament.

State Bank staged a remarkable comeback to register a 2-1 win over AG’s Office in the semifinal match at the Chandrasekharan Nair stadium on Friday.

Holding possession for almost the entire first-half, AG’s had SBI on the run, also going ahead in the 27th minute with a fine goal by Sebin who connected a cross from the left.

However, SBI overcame its sluggish approach after the break and was able to restore parity through Rahul Raj at the stroke of the hour.

The SBI forward, 16 minutes later, scored off a solo, stunning the AG’s defence.

SBI will face the defending champion Indian Navy in the final on Saturday 04th November 2017.
