BDFA Super Division League 2017
Bangalore’s top league,
Super Division League and its following league, A’ Division League, will
commence on 10 Nov 2017 where in the top clubs of Bangalore will compete
against each other for the title. There
are a total of 11 teams participating in Super Division league and 9 teams in
A’ Division.

part of the The 2017–18 Bangalore Super Division was the seventh season of the Bangalore Super Division, which includes participation from Indian Super League club
Bengaluru FC as well as I-League second division team Ozone FC Bengaluru.
Madras Engineering Group (MEG) were the defending champions. Bangalore Independents and Jawahar Union were promoted from 'A' Division, whereas a new team FC Deccan was a direct entry team. AGORC and DYES teams were relegated to 'A' Division. Bengaluru FC fielded their newly launched reserve team, Bengaluru FC 'B'.
Two teams, Bangalore
Independents and Jawahar Union FC, have secured promotion from the A Division
League. AGORC and DYES, who finished ninth and tenth respectively in the Super
Division, were relegated to the A Division. "Although there was a proposal
to include two new teams, only one materialized," a source in the BDFA
explained. "We had received an application from another team called
Motorworld FC. However, the cheque produced by the owner bounced and we had to
cancel their proposal altogether. But we're happy to welcome FC Deccan into the
league.
