The 2nd half was more of
a compact affair with no team making a major headway with the first real
opportunity coming in form of a corner for Qatar in the 71st minute. A series
of substitutions followed as both teams looked to try out combinations but the
equaliser for India as well as the second goal cushion for Qatar remained
elusive.
